Meet Our Newest Leaders

It is with great pleasure that I introduce you to our newest leaders at TrojanOne. In support of recent new business wins, we have recruited three senior industry stars, Honor McLachlin, Tara Petch and Cary Laudadio, to help make all of the work we do really shine. – Mark Harrison

Honor McLachlin
Senior Director, Consumer Engagement

A dedicated initiator, Honor is customer focused and a strong communicator with extensive project management skills. At TrojanOne, Honor will be spearheading client projects. She is a marketing communications customer relations professional with 17 years of extensive experience in both the agency and client arenas. Previously, Honor was an account director at SEGAL Communications, and held senior client management positions at B STREET Communications Inc. and Armstrong Partnerships LTD.

Tara Petch
Senior Director, Consumer Engagement

Tara is a results-oriented marketing professional, joining TrojanOne’s Calgary team to spearhead our Western Canada business. Tara’s prior experience includes account director at Capital C Marketing Agency within a traditional client service role as well as a focus on retail. Tara has also held account and customer development management positions on the client side at Pepsi-Quaker Tropicana Gatorade and Revlon.

Cary Laudadio
Senior Art Director

Specializing in strategic branding, creative solutions and accessing niche markets, Cary will take everything our in-house creative studio produces to the next level. As head of design at GWP Brandengineering, Cary worked within the online creative and print creative departments, contributing to better results and higher levels of client satisfaction. Cary has spearheaded the award winning Philadelphia Road To Savings Event for ING DIRECT US. Cary’s past roles have included senior and creative art director positions at Uchida Strategy, and Agensky.
