As the founder of TrojanOne and the Canadian Sponsorship Forum, Mark Harrison takes a senior leadership role on TrojanOne’s consulting projects, utilizing his years of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience in strategy development and implementation. He has shared his expertise with corporate and property clients from all different industries, and at sponsorship and marketing conferences around the world.
Dr. Norm O’Reilly, Senior Advisor
Recognized internationally as one of the foremost scholars on sponsorship and marketing strategy, Dr. Norm O’Reilly leverages his academic experience – including teaching at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa, Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and the David Falk Center for Sport Management at Syracuse University – as a senior advisor to the TrojanOne Consulting team. As the lead researcher on the Canadian Sponsorship Landscape Study, Norm brings a broad perspective on nationwide trends and best practices to client projects.
Ali Reid, Director
Ali Reid excels at cross-functional teams, working in both the Consulting Group and Consumer Engagement at TrojanOne. Matched with a strong client service orientation, this makes her a natural at cultivating effective and successful internal and external working relationships. With over nine years of experience in traditional advertising and marketing, Ali is a self-motivated, disciplined and accomplished professional who brings demonstrated success in the formulation and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies. She has skills in strategic planning, digital, business development and sponsorship marketing.
Elisa Beselt, Senior Analyst
Armed with two undergraduate degrees from Queen’s University and a Master of Human Kinetics, Sport Management degree from the University of Ottawa, Elisa Beselt has an education drawing the envy of many. Elisa brings obvious strengths in research, analysis and strategy development to TrojanOne. She is a researcher and co-author of the annual Canadian Sponsorship Landscape Study.
Adam DeGrasse, Analyst
A team player with demonstrated leadership skills, Adam DeGrasse has a willingness to listen, a passion for learning, and a desire to be of service to both his teammates and clients. He brings to his clients strengths in research, writing and critical thinking. Adam DeGrasse earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University and enjoys coaching his old high school and club football teams in his free time.
Maria Jurewicz, Analyst
A research guru, wordsmith and creative thinker, Maria Jurewicz brings broad insight and expertise to ensure TrojanOne projects are a success. Maria simultaneously earned two Honours Bachelor Degrees from Queen’s University, including a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Adam Ward, Analyst
Adam Ward demonstrates strong integrity and applies a disciplined work ethic to all his client projects. Prior to earning a Master of Human Kinetics, Sport Management degree from the University of Ottawa, Adam completed his undergraduate education at the University of Toronto. A keen learner, Adam constantly seeks opportunities to learn and apply industry knowledge to help get his clients promoted.
