TrojanOne has expanded the senior team to enhance our leadership stance within the industry and support recent new business wins. We are pleased to introduce you to Honor McLachlin, senior director, consumer engagement and Cary Laudadio, senior art director.

McLachlin is a marketing communications customer relations professional with 17 years of extensive experience in both the agency and client arenas. A dedicated initiator, who drives results through leadership, McLachlin is customer focused and a strong communicator with extensive project management skills.
Previously, McLachlin was an account director at SEGAL Communications, where her team won two CMA Bronze Awards for developing and managing The Money Lounge, TD Bank’s Student Banking Facebook group. McLachlin also managed and executed [yellow tail] wines’ experiential programs in Canada, which led to managing a successful above-the-line advertising campaign in 2009. McLachlin has also held senior client management positions at B STREET Communications Inc. and Armstrong Partnerships LTD.
Specializing in strategic branding, creative solutions and accessing niche markets, Laudadio has established skills in bringing a creative approach to creating a true brand experience. As head of design from 2007 – 2009 at GWP Brandengineering, Laudadio worked within the online creative and print creative departments, contributing to better results and higher levels of client satisfaction. He managed notable projects such as the re-launch of the national brand ING DIRECT Electric Orange and Intact Insurance. Laudadio has also spearheaded the award winning Philadelphia Road and Savings Event for ING DIRECT US. Laudadio’s past roles have included senior and creative art director positions at Uchida Strategy, and Agensky.
